Okay, since I'm working in a Korean company and I'm teaching Korean students, might as well rate the "hottest guys" in Korea. Yup, they are the hOttEST and the most popular men in Korea right now, move away Rain and other boy bands...peace. Even old people ang young kids know and watch them. Here's my ranking..opps, well, this is just my observation and it might be different from yours...arasso?
At no. 4 .......Woo Bin (Kim Joon of T-Max)
Well, he plays the role of Vaness in the Taiwanese version and I must say, the Korean version did not focus on him. T.T. Maybe because he's just new in the business, so the writer did not give him too much burden. lol. Well, as a singer, he can sing naman. And I think that he's a good speaker. He can express himself well during interviews.
Sorry guys, but I just put the main character in the third spot. I told you, this is my list. hahaha. Personally, I think Lee Min Ho fits the role of Goo Jun Pyo or Damyouji. His physical appearance fits perfectly...the hairstyle, the height...etc. His even a good actor. Trust me, however, he wasnt able to convince me that he's worthy of Jan Di's love. Besides, I wasnt even moved by their "away-bati" scenes. I dunno. So it means, hindi effective yung acting nya sa akin. And besides, I don't like the way he dresses. haha. I think he also looks old for the role. Basta, there's something in him which bothers me. I can't pinpoint it. Again, this is my opinion. You have your own. But, in general, I think he did well as an actor. Peace. ^^
At no. 2.....is Yi Jung (Kim Bum)
Wow, this kid can certainly act and catch every girls' attention with his smile. OMG! But I only put him at no. 2 spot. Why? He seems very matured in the story. I saw his pic before and he was so cute then. But in this drama, he certainly matured and got old. In terms of acting, he's really good and he was able to portray his role well. However, there's only one "Yi Jung or Ximen" for me..and that's Ken Zhu of Taiwan.
And lastly but not certainly the least, at the top spot....Ji Hoo (Kim Hyun Joong of SS501)
First, this is not because I like the "Lei" character. I don't even like Vic Zhou though I like Shun Oguri. I think Shun did well as Rui but Kim Hyun Joong's portrayal is something different and special. This is the first that the script gave too much emphasis on the "Rui" character. In the first two HYD series, they only gave emphasis on the two leads which the staff overlooked. Good thing the scriptwriter gave him a good storyline here. In terms of acting, I should say that KHJ was still lost at the start of the series but eventually, you can see the improvement as the series goes on. Some may argue.. but if you know his background, you probably understand why. He's just NEW! So bear with him. lol. He's a singer, my dear and this is his first acting job though he's appeared in other TV programs. And guess what, he's the first F4 casted....and he didn't underwent any auditions. Jang Geun Seok even liked his role but the PD still gave it to KHJ. Wow! It only means that they could see the character in him. I think that in the F4 guys, he has the sweetest smile and the most "honest" one. Well, too much has been said, I'll probably make an entry again about KHJ alone. I'm too sleepy. LOL.
